Adult Complex Care

For adults living with medically complex and long-term health needs, our nursing teams provide personalised care at home. Whether an individual requires 24/7 nursing support or a daily short visit, we provide the highest standards of clinical care in the most comfortable environment.

Managed Service – Community Nursing

Trusted, flexible nursing care in the community.

We provide fully managed, nurse-led services across Ireland—supporting individuals and families with both long-term and short-term needs. Our locally aligned teams ensure services are responsive, consistent, and delivered to the highest clinical standards.

Community Intervention Team (CIT) Service

Responsive, multidisciplinary care to prevent hospital stays. 

Our Community Intervention Team (CIT) service provides time-sensitive nursing and therapy support to patients during acute illness or recovery. Working closely with hospitals and GPs, we aim to support people avoid hospital admissions or support earlier discharge and receive the care they need—safely at home.

Brightpath Healthcare is an approved provider for the HSE and also works directly with families and case managers.

As a contracted provider to the HSE for complex homecare and disability services across all six Regional Health Authorities (RHAs)
